Positive: Kit's Cottage has lovely views of the town and the sea. It is superbly equipped and there were thoughtful welcome gifts.

Negative: We liked everything. Some people may find the steep garden and steep walk from the town a challenge. If you have a big vehicle parking might be an issue. Regular cars are fine .

Positive: A truly lovely little cottage, with sumptuous views and a beautiful Saxon church directly outside. You can walk down the hill to the charming high street without encountering a single car. Hythe it's self is quirky, interesting and largely unspoilt. We will be returning.

Negative: The neighbors are a-bit too close - IT is their home & they are very pleasant people indeed , but the front garden is practically shared. Both sides of course like to enjoy the garden & views , You can hear each other’s conversation- In the front & back. So there is not a great deal or privacy to either side.
