Positive: The only thing we did not like about the place was the sewage smell in the toilet/bathroom area. We had to air freshener, mould spray cleaner to clean the grout between tiles and to mask the sewage smell. Otherwise if not for that everything was good. Hope they can do something about it or perhaps itโ€™s because the building is coming of age as well. Staff were excellent!

Positive: Great location in Makati CBD! Everything was reachable yet the vicinity is not that crowded, so it's very comfortable plus the view was tranquil. The accommodation itself was really nice and clean, and everything was provided for (toiletries, hair dryer, iron etc.)

Positive: Location is pretty good within Makati, though it can be difficult to access from other parts of Manila (such as the museums area) due to traffic
Negative: Pool and gym were closed ALL day on the Monday, for weekly cleaning. This should be shortened to a shorter period of time, or spread throughout the week. At one point I asked one of the people working the front desk if we should flush the toilet paper or throw it in the garbage. I was then asked "what room are you staying in?" - I'm not sure why my room # matters for a general question like this. A lot of the electrical outlets did not "hold" well, you had to really make sure things were plugged in properly. The unit also includes a coffee maker - but no coffee. Kind of useless. I also asked for an extra key - I was told there was one within the room. But this isn't actually a "key" - it's a card you use for in suite electricity.
Summary: Pool and gym closed for cleaning ALL DAY every Monday. Includes a coffee maker with no coffee.

Positive: We liked how accommodating they were and how honest the staff was since we left our things and they were still there when we came back. We also like how water and tissue was provided. The sheets, towels, and pillows were clean and good.
Negative: There was a miscommunication about the card thing for the lights since we didn't know and we weren't told it wasn't going to be in the room itself. There wasn't a lot of places to hang our things so we suggest more hooks We noticed it late so we weren't able to say this directly but the tv's socket is very loose so when we hit the wire, it turns off. Some of the drawers weren't clean too, they had a thick layer of dust It was also very inconvenient that all of their staff had the same lunch break because we'd have to wait until 2 or 3 in the afternoon for something we requested earlier in the morning
