Summary: This is a low-end motel. There is incessant traffic noise from the highway. The only nearby eating establishment is Star Cafe, a typical greasy spoon with minimal fare. The only saving graces are the adjacent laundromat and the price. There is also a minimart by the gas station for survival needs.

Summary: This property was fairly clean but shabby and run down. A new bathtub is sorely needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator with a freezer which we needed. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. We have stayed places for the same cost that were much nicer

Summary: In spite of all the negative reviews we read .. some of which portray this hotel as seedy .. and "dangerous" this was not our experience and I was glad I booked before I read them. The staff was fantastic, friendly and accommodating - and we arrived late.. so they could have been not nice. yes the building is tired and aging . and needs an update ..very much so .. but for the cost - was well worth it. and when paired with Star's Cafe - a small independent 6am to 2pm breakfast lunch cafe.. which for less that $20.00 we got 2 "everything omelettes" that filled a platter with, toast and coffee -- who needs the "included" stock breakfasts you get at most discount motels like Super 8 .. in Canada those omelettes would have been $20 ea. .. so worth the stay for a quick stop .. while travelling I90
