Positive: Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A refrigerator and microwave oven were included. The breakfast choices, cold cereal and toast, were adequate. The hotel is close to Hwy 12.
Negative: The exterior of the building is scruffy. You need a vehicle to stay there; no dining places are nearby.
Summary: This is a good budget choice; we would stay there again.

Positive: Good location, near lots of amenities. The area was quiet at night. We booked a Queen room but were upgraded to a King room at no extra charge. Our room was serviceable and clean. Refrigerator worked fine. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Hot water was plentiful. Staff were very pleasant.
Negative: Overhead lighting in the room was limited to certain areas. Access to a reading lamp was only on one side of the bed. Low-resolution TV connection to cable signal was disappointing. The A/C was a bit noisy but kept the room cool. Bathroom doorknob kept falling off as it did not have the proper pin hardware to hold it in place. Breakfast food options were cereal and toast only. The coffee and juice were very watery.
