Summary: The property was neat and well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. The lighting in the room could have been better. The direct TV did not work well. The TV itself was quite dated. We stayed two nights, the pass card was issued for 1 night, so had to refresh the card so it worked for the 2nd night.

Summary: This place is older construction, but very well maintained & clean. Good value for the money. We were visiting family in the area & just needed a place to sleep & shower. The grounds are clean & festive. The area is safe. Close to some fast food, freeways, & gas stations. Very close to Punta Gorda airport.

Summary: Pool not working, had to ask for blankets and towels even though our reservation was for 4 adults, only towels for 2. Then when asked for blanket we were told to turn down the air conditioner, which was not on.
