Summary: The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. The restaurants were a highlight — plenty of variety and fun atmospheres to enjoy. Every meal I tried was delicious, with flavors that really stood out. As a local, I can say I’d absolutely come back again

Summary: Staff for the most part was rude. The valley were great except they have to wear radios and the radio marked my leather seats on a 911. The Level blue guy was very unfriendly. Vinney a waiter was really good. Your sign says pool open Dawn to Dusk but when we showed up at sunrise they told us it did not open for another hour and a half. View was fantastic and the hot tub when you can use it is very nice.

Summary: I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel.

Summary: Beautiful and clean. It was a one night stay, and I thought there were too many add on fees for a quick overnight stay.

Summary: Wow what a resort. It feels like an all inclusive resort with so many selections in the Building itself. You never have to leave. Great Value on food and drinks.

Summary: Another great stay. The suites are great and had plenty of room and comforts. The concierge was definitely nice to be able to access, as were the sodas and snacks. I do wish Harbor Yards wasn’t so plastic-crazy. The weekends seem to attract many younger people with day passes, so keep that in mind if you’re a “get off my lawn” sort.

Summary: This is a beautiful place, very clean, ecologically correct, the service is amazing. The unfortunate piece is that the unsuited side of the resort does not have any amenities in that building. You must walk or have them take you over in a golf cart to both pools. The closest eatery to the sun suites is the 4/5 star restaurant/bar. All amenities including fitness gym and spa are in Tower 1. I would prefer that the cost of parking, resort fees, taxes, and use of adult pool be included all in the accommodations Per day, not ala carte, as it is now. Hilton and Blackstone planning on being the future investors. Maybe, it will changed for the better.
