Summary: Stayed 2 nights in a moderate queen room. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and an ok size, although it did feel a little cluttered with our two cases on the floor.a block out blind made it easy to sleep. Bathroom was excellent, quite large, with bath and separate shower and plenty of hot water. The only thing missing from the room was a safety deposit box, which seemed a bit odd. It was nice to be able to enjoy free wine, saki and nibbles in the lounge each day too. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we ate out. Location was perfect with the bus stop to and from the station within 50 metres, and all attractions within walking distance. There were also department stores on the doorstep, and numerous convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Reception staff were very welcoming too and spoke good English. Would definitely choose to stay at the hotel if ever in Kanazawa again.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Loved the ambience and free drinks in the lobby of an afternoon. Everything was clean. Surrounds were lovely and convenient.

Summary: Great shiny hotel in the most central part of Kanazawa. Some rooms smelled of cigarettes despite that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Also the receptionists dont always understand what you want to share with them (even in Japanese). Great amenities, breakfast and style though! I would recommend
