Positive: The resort was beautiful and peaceful - the kitchen and bathroom are small but perfectly adequate - we pretty much self catered. The accommodation was cleaned really well everyday and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
Negative: We find eating out difficult because one of us needs gluten free food - the restaurant staff are not confident enough about the ingredients that are used in the dishes for us to be confident to eat there.

Positive: This resort is not for those looking for one of the island's high end experiences. Instead, it was a very very comfortable and friendly place to be, perfect for our needs. It was walking distance from a grocery store, so we could save a little on food. The staff was exceptional for their warmth and desire to accommodate us. Our room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The shuttle bus to the beach was really convenient--we chose not to rent a car while there so it was helpful to have it.
Negative: Can't think of anything.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Kokomo Botanical Resort and would happily return.

Positive: Apartment was good size, though the bathroom was small. The 2 bedroom had enough space to spread out a little. Staff were very polite. Liked the local phone to allow us to call with questions. The shuttle to the beach was great and the workers at the beach were helpful. We spent 3 days at our chairs on the beach, very nice. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around the island and to the grocery store.
Negative: Pool wasn't heated so it was cold in January. The hot tub was great though.

Positive: What a great resort - loved every minute of our stay. Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The staff could not do enough for you - especially Weine and Maureen - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a really relaxed and easy vibe and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Positive: Our stay was absolutely amazing! Wenie went the extra mile of ensuring we were well taken care of our entire stay! Our deluxe two bedroom cottage exceeded my expectations and I have 0 complaints about it. Everything was CLEAN, just how i like it! Ruth in the kitchen was pleasant as well & the bartender Mufassa. Customer service 10/10 all the way around. Breakfast was delightful. This resort was beautiful and very affordable. If you’re thinking about staying here I recommend booking the deluxe cottages, renting a vehicle & booking the breakfast package. Hopefully we will be back!
Negative: Bartender didn’t arrive until after 1PM.

Negative: The furniture was a little outdated, there was no bath tub, no tv in the master bedroom, the bathroom was very tiny. They never came to change the towels each day of our stay and it was very hot.
Summary: Pretty scenery outside and If you plan to party and just need somewhere to lie your head down, it will do in a pinch!
