Positive: The place is beautifully decorated. They gave us small bottles of sake as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The tatami mat area with the Nintendo Switch became a hangout place for the young adults in our group. The kitchen is not really for serious cooking, but we mostly ate out anyway. The tub at the top level was nice. The apartment is very centrally located, so everything is nearby. This allowed for our group to split up from time to time, some returning to rest while others stayed out. There's an elevator that goes from the bottom floor to the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are on the bottom floor or the 3rd floor, so it was nice to have an easy way of moving the suitcases. We were there during record high temperatures, but the A/C worked well.

Positive: Very convenient location near restaurants, convenience stores and public transportation. Good with two bathrooms and number of bedrooms for our group.

Positive: The place is exactly as the pictures show, a japanese style stay but with a modern twist. This was definitely one of the best stays we had while visiting japan. The complimentary drinks were a nice bonus along with the ceramic sake cups and bottle. The space was set up fairly well with plenty of amenties and just a walking distance from the heart of the action in Osaka. Walking distance from Onigiri Gorichan, walking distance from transit system. You can tell how much care goes into the property considering the mini table landscapes, display of regional sakes, and guides for how to use the appliances in the property. The hosts were super responsive and helpful before and during my stay. The rooftop bathtub really ties it all in together elevating the space. If you are a larger size group and you want an elevated stay, look no further than KONJAKUSO.
Negative: Please take these with a grain of salt as overall, I had an amazing experience at the property with my family and these are just small areas for improvement. If going with a large group again, I will, without a shadow of a doubt, be staying with KONJAKUSO! The tatami is an excellent touch, however it does not seem that most of the Shoji doors (paper style doors) simply exposed on the otherside, meaning that if you opened it you would see the outside (these doors are intentionally locked). The Shoji doors actually do an excellent job of not letting the cold in, however in only one of the rooms there is exposure to the street. On only one of the nights (which could be coincidence) I heard so much yelling and laughing and trash being picked up on the street below. So as the doors are really only there for display, I would recommend adding some level of sound proofing. It wouldv'e been nice to have more towels to have a fresh towel per day per person (this is much more of a nice to have, and I understand that you can definitely put the towles to wash before going out for the day).
Summary: One of my best stays in Japan!
