Positive: The location is a short walk to Fortitude Valley (funky bars/well-rated restaurants) and CBD (main district, shopping, restaurants). The manager, Sean, is great and gave a lot of good recommendations!
Negative: The motel is good value for location. It’s not high end but has everything you need, great for short or solo stay. There is not much security besides an unlocked gate at the front but I have found that is common in Australia. I didn’t feel unsafe at any time, just something to mention if that is more important to others.
