Positive: The setup at the water, better then the other hotels.

Negative: We are pretty flexible, but jt was very bad Hygiene. Black Fungus in the bathroom,the shower was in really bad shape, glass was not connected to the door. bidet didnt work at the toilet. electricity did not work for 50% in the room. We booked 2 rooms - overall to sleep only if you can see through all of this fine but not forlong term stay. I did mention this to the staff but they didnt care when mentioned, I think they weren’t surprised.

Summary: For beach setup, really good but not for long term stay

Positive: The location and layout of the sea and its view are excellent.

Negative: The hotel apartment was not clean upon arrival. Although we requested cleaning, it was not carried out satisfactorily. Additionally, the apartment is in need of refurbishment

Positive: The staff was amazing! The breakfest was very good. The hotel itself is alittle outdated but very clean.The property is beautiful and quiet. It has perfect water access and the price is great.

Negative: The only two complaints was the small bathrooms, especially the showers and the beds are on the smaller size. The hotel is alittle outdated but clean overall.

Positive: I liked the access to the sea as well as the seabeds. It is very important to report that the management of the Hotel were nice people, they always tried to help when I requested the basic things missing in the bedrooms to appease my frustrations.

Negative: The Hotel needs to be modernised it looks like an hotel for hippies on their way to Kathmandu just the bare essential to put your head down for the night. The management team who are wonderful people needs to invest in a lot of things like the bathroom which does not anything to store your toiletry bags let alone tooth brushes and other accessories, a cupboard or shelves could resolve the issue, also water is leaking from the shower base to floor. When I arrived in the room there were no table no chairs only one wardrobe in the bedroom for all family. The bottom of the main door had a gap of 5cm, we could ear every one walking, talking or smashing doors in the corridor.

Summary: You pay for the site not for the room.
