Positive: The room looked better than the pictures. The location is very beautiful, with a big green yard and it's near Forrest, so you can hear the birds singing. We were there with our dog, and the yard was perfect for playtime. The beds were very comfortable. Also, it was very close to the krushuna falls.
Negative: Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin... You can hear everything from the other guests room, so if you're looking for a quiet room, you won't get one. Also, the floor was very noisy.
Summary: Beautiful and cheap, but not quiet.

Positive: It is in a very lovely setting with the river just across the road, and the national park and its beautiful waterfalls about half a kilometre away. The room was very comfortable, but could do with a desk or table to work on. There is a kitchen available downstairs equipped with a stove, a kettle and a fridge, but no microwave. The grounds are extensive and lovely.
Negative: The gates for motor access to the property need to be fixed as they are extremely difficult to open as they drag on the ground and are terribly hard to drag open wide enough to get a car through between them. We gave up and just parked outside in the road. The only airconditioned rooms appear to be the two with balconies, as the others we were shown did not have airconditioners. With the temperature at 40 C the day we arrived an airconditioner is essential. We found the steps up to our room a bit daunting due to our age, as they are massive wooden ones with a final higher one at the top that Pat tripped on. The paved pathways are in urgent need of repair as they are broken and very uneven. There are no staff on the premises. When you arrive you need to telephone a number for somebody to come to show you your room and provide the key, and for us from South Africa whose cellphones do not work in Bulgaria unless linked to Wi-Fi that is a very major obstacle! A cleaner does come each morning to clean, but that is about all. There is no restaurant on site, and you are meant to telephone your order from a menu provided to a nearby restaurant for food to be delivered if you are not self catering. The above ground round swimming pool is accessed by a plastic and aluminium ladder that is steep and a bit rickety, so care is needed when getting into and out of it, as the ladder feels somewhat insecure. Care is also needed when going to and from the kitchen due to the steps to be negotiated, some in strange places. The village has two restaurants and what is laughingly called a supermarket that is a really useless place with minimal stocks and no cereals at all! There are other restaurants in the parking area of the national park and others inside it once you have paid your entrance fee. If you need supplies your best bet it to take the beautiful scenic drive on quiet country roads to Levski some 17 km away that has a huge Absolut Supermarket and a lovely hotel.

Negative: No privacy as other guest were every where Complete shared facilities The pool was unusable as it was dirty the water was not filled up enough to cover the filter the filter was not even in use Beds were so soft felt like you was on the floor. Shows double beds this is not the case all rooms only have single beds

Positive: Amazing little house, built with a great attention to detail. Hosts 6 bedrooms, a gigantic BBQ area (with a rooftop), spacious and well equipped kitchen, and huuuge yard for your kids and pets to run. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet, with nice hikes and caves to see. Overall - a real great place, will surely come again soon (with friends)

Positive: The garden and the rooms looks much better than in the pictures. The garden is a perfect oasis for relaxation, even if you don't leave the facility, you can relax here. There is a common kitchen equipped with everything and a very nice barbecue place in the garden. You can safely park in the garden.
Negative: The open shower in the bathroom - without a shower cabin - it is not my style, but that was more or less the only complain.
Summary: A place where you can perfectly relax in the garden.
