Positive: The view over the beach and the sea is absolutely amazing — truly one of the highlights of this property. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is centrally located on the beach promenade, which makes it perfect for walks along the seafront, and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby, all within easy walking distance. The host was very punctual and kind. We were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth, friendly, and full of useful information before and during our stay.
Negative: Hot water is available only by manually switching on the water heater, as explained in the instructions sent by the host. This can be a bit inconvenient, as you always need to plan ahead. In the evening, after a long day out, we sometimes encountered cold water, and the lack of central heating (the apartment is heated only via air conditioning) may also be uncomfortable for some guests. Another point worth mentioning is the damage deposit. While it is clearly stated in the property policies, after completing the reservation and payment on Booking, an additional €100 deposit must be sent separately to the host via Revolut and is refunded up to 7 days after check-out. Overall, a very nice stay thanks to the location, cleanliness, and helpful host — just a few details future guests should be aware of in advance.

Positive: Great apartment on the 5th floor with a sea view. A spacious balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is spacious, very clean, has quite comfortable beds, and is incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Great communication with the host. On-site parking is available. It's close to everything—the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, and the city center. It's a bit noisy, but that's the charm of living in such a touristy area. I recommend this place, and next time I'm in Larnaca, I'll rent this apartment again.

Positive: Apartment was very clean and well furnished, well equipped for self catering. Loved extras such as toiletries, toilot rolls, washing liquid and fabric softener etc Good location
Negative: Lack of any sound proofing extremely noisy at night especially weekends when constant noise until 5.30am hardly any sleep due to people outside laughing and shouting some double or secondary glazing would help
