Summary: Kids area pool should be open for more than 1 hr. Kids under 4 should be permitted with adult supervision Buffett needed a little more TLC and employee supervision. Many children were touching food products multiple times unsupervised by parents. Smiles and friendliness would go along way with employees. Towels and lounge chairs were saved and taken by 8am every morning The lack of clarity regarding Uber pickups beingbatvthe top or the very bottom be the street

Summary: It was a last minute trip and it cóuldnt have been more perfect. The check in process was seemless and we were upgraded upon arrival which was amazing. The food and drinks were great and the staff was wonderful. Cannot wait to come back for a longer stay.

Summary: Enjoyed a great 5-night stay an Krystal Grand in Nuevo Vallarta. Our ocean-front room had a great view, clean, and provided plenty of room. The buffet restaurant was always excellent with good variety. We also ate at two of the specialty restaurants (reservations required), and enjoyed them. The pools were clean, and not overly crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Krystal. Here’s the good-overall property was maintained beautifully and the adult pool and washroom facilities were maintained perfectly. I loved the activities and the staff were amazing. The bars were stocked with a good assortment of drinks and alcohol and the bartenders were always friendly and accommodating. Here’s the “opportunities”-our room was very run down and needed a refresh and the housecleaning staff did the bare minimum to keep our room clean. Overall the food was just okay. We couldn’t get any reservations in the restaurants other than the Mexican cafe and we had to eat at 10:00. The buffet was hit and miss. Some days it was really good and some days it wasn’t. That being said I could always find something to eat. Overall I felt that there were too many people in the resort as at one point we had to wait a 1/2 hour to get a table(especially in the morning). Overall 4/5 stars. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay very memorable.
