Positive: Villa with pool, jaccuzi and sauna, and nice 4 bedrooms. The villa is in a great location. Beach, restaurants, wine terraces all at walking distance (10-20 minutes). And Zsolt as the owner is very friendly and helps with anything. We are thinking of renting it again next year.
Negative: The overall condition and especially the outside terraces would need some maintenance. A fence at the sitting area and next to the pool would be recommended. The light system inside also needs to be checked.
Summary: Nice villa in great location.

Positive: Overall atmosphere of the villa was great, very nice yard with the pool as the central piece. Our kids appreciated the playground as well. The positioning of the kitchen near the pool is perfect, it was the most used room for us. The kitchen also had great variety of kitchen tools to allow comfortable cooking experience.
Negative: Just a small minor drawback is that the bottom floor didn't have AC, nor mosquito nets on the bigger windows, so those rooms (including one bedroom) were a bit warmer and we didn't have means to cool them (opening the windows) without risking mosquito bites during the night.
