Positive: The location and accommodations were above what was shown in the pictures. Toheed had prepared our accommodation and was available to give us supplemental information. As the accommodation is far from shopping facilities, George, the owner, with Toheed, had filled up the fridge with the essentials, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location is very quiet, and it's worth the winding road to get there. Overall, we had an unforgettable 12 days.
Negative: There are some minor maintenance to do as it is the end season. It is a bit steep to get there, and it is better to enter from the second entrance at the bottom

Positive: Privacy, beautiful views, sunset, facilities, cleanliness.
Negative: Not the property exactly but access to it. Google maps sent us through some difficulty roads and a 4x4 car would do better - which we didn’t have.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa—perfect for our family of five with kids aged 6, 10 and 14. The layout wa

Positive: Exceptionally clean and modern villa with wonderful staff. George was exceptional in greeting us and orientation. Fully stocked kitchen, delivery service for supplies available. Minimal and clean yet has everything you need. We went in Spring, so exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Other villas are being built close by and this won’t distract you in the least as it is quiet. Make sure you follow cement roads and not just google maps to help an easier entry to the site. Extra bonus is heated pool option.
Summary: Clean, modern and tranquil

Positive: Absolutely the best villa in Crete! Everything was flawless, from the elegant décor and high-end kitchen appliances to the stunning outdoor spaces and top-notch music system. Our host, George, was exceptional, providing outstanding hospitality. He thoughtfully restocked the fridge with everything we needed, adding delightful touches of sweets and fresh fruits. You simply won't find anything lacking. You have on top 24/7 home assistant available to provide any additional support you may need. Amazing stay ❤️

Positive: Super villa, extremely well designed and appointed. Finished inside and out to a very high standard. Great outside space with day bed, hammock, outside dinning area and beautiful pool. Plenty of shady areas to retreat into. Quiet location, but only 10 mins drive from the nearest beach in Agios Pavlos, which has a couple of great beach bars/cafes, and lovely local Tavernas. Sweeping views of the sea and coastline. Access to a wonderful rocky bay 10 mins walk away, under Icarus’ Rock with crystal clear waters where you can access the sea to swim. There is a wonderful welcome from George, the owner, who shows you around the property and he provides a super ‘welcome pack’ with everything you need to sustain your first couple of days. Worth bearing in mind though, if you need more supplies, that it’s a 30 min drive down the winding coastal roads to the nearest large town, Agios Galini, for supermarkets and shops if you want to BBQ/self cater, along with the nearest garages for fuel. Overall, a superb tranquil break with the family and we would definitely go back again.
Negative: Some building development happening in front of the Kumo Villas (which does impact the view a little), but should hopefully be complete by summer 2025. No noise impact though as construction has been halted over the peak summer period.
Summary: The most wonderful location for a quiet family get away in Crete.
