Positive: The views are spectacular! The villa is in good condition and has a nice atmosphere. We stayed at villa nr 10 with out 2 year old Son, which was next to the pool. The pool had an upstanding edge so he could not call in easily. The neighbours did not really use the pool, so it felt like a private one! You can order lunch/snacks between 10h and 18h, which they can even bring to your villa! Super nice and friendly! We did to to the beaches of Agia Galini (6min) and Kokkinos (10min), but we prefered Agia Pavlos (35 min) or Matala (35min). The last one was really beautiful, but crowded. But you can do a small hike of 20/30min to Red beach which is really pretty and not crowded. A bit challenging with a 2 year old, but doable. Kantina Miros was a closer beach (15 min) with a nice hippy restaurant.
Negative: The kitchen was a bit small, the woorden stairs cracked and the matras in the bedroom in the ground Floor was quite hard. But when I mentioned this at the reception they offered to add a soft top matras.

Positive: The location is quiet and the views are beautiful. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. The stuffed mushrooms were never served, but we got pasta with tinned tuna salad instead - odd choice. It certainly wasn't worth 16 euros per person. The small jar of preserved cherries was a nice touch.
Negative: We arrived at the arranged time, however were told after waiting for half an hour that it would be another hour before we could check-in. For this reason we decide to explore the nearby town. Upon returning we were told (several times...) how "lucky we were" that the semi-detached villa next door wasn't occupied, so we'd have the pool to ourselves. Sadly, the pool (and surrounding area) was covered in red dust and the water was filthy, so much so that you could not swim in it. The next morning we woke up to find the staff cleaning the pool and pool area. They spent the entire morning doing this. If only a greater effort had been made before our arrival, so that we could use the facilities, for which we had paid. I understand that the sand storm (that had occurred 2 days prior) was obviously beyond their control, but very little effort was made to make our stay enjoyable. As others have stated, we agree that the position of the pool in front of one villa, would make it awkward when both sides are occupied as it makes you feel like you're invading someone else's space. Also, could be noisy if you have a family or noisy people next door. I'd also suggest putting some cushions on the "sofas" in the living area, as you cannot sit on them other wise. They seem to be beds, more than sofas. Also, not a well equipped kitchen - you'd struggle to cook here.

Positive: Great location, overlooking the sea and well connected but still quite and isolated. Rooms are very comfortable and suitable for families.
Negative: Host and staff are a bit pretentious. Overpriced dinner (22 euro p.p).

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Greco. The views from the villas were outstanding and made the most of the location. The kitchenette was well equipped to prepare light meals. The gift of jam was a nice touch on leaving.
Negative: Parking in a rental car took some concentration! Our host seemed somewhat distracted when we arrived, so having discovered that we should have booked a fixed meal in advance, we then didn't realise that the snacks stopped being served at 18:00. (This information is available on a QR code on a stone!!) Perhaps not the best setup for an overnight stop.
