Positive: The room was clean and catered for my needs, as someone who needed a long term stay the stove meant I could cook and not always rely on takeouts

Negative: The yard was dirty and looked creepy, but I had already booked online to turn back. I stayed for a week and renewed my stay daily as I was still looking for an apartment. I stayed for a week and stated paying cash from Wednesday, on Friday I told the owner that I'm waiting for payment and will make my Friday payment by 8pm. Unfortunately 10pm hit, I communicated that I'm still waiting, I had never given him problems with payment, with a very threatening tone he said he's coming to to my room, and I that I should sort them out. When he said he's coming to my room their first time, I said OK, assuming he wants us to talk face to face on the way forward, I got alarmed when he said I should sort them out, I didn't feel safe as a woman, and how he kept saying he is coming to my room, if I say I don't have money and still waiting, how will coming to my room at 10pm change that. I asked him ot give me 10, at this point I'm shaking like a leaf, I fortunately got a notification of the payment and paid him immediately. I packed my bags, woke my son up and requested an uber to leave because I still didn't feel safe. I took a video to show that I left everything as I found it. When my Uber arrived, only then did I call him to come outside to get the key, he came out with his male friend who stays there. I made sure to open the gate, and he was visibly angry asking me why am I leaving, I told him that I don't feel safe, and he pressed the remote to close us inside, fortunately I was closer to the gate, I ran towards the gate to block and told my son to run out. He chased us, and tried to stop the Uber from leaving, got on it and tried to pull the door while I was trying to close it, all that while it was moving and broke the Uber drivers door. His Name is Andy.
