Summary: The mattress is uncomfortable And only provide one sock and very hot in room. Luckily the front desk staff bring me a fan. Staffs are nice.

Summary: we had a perfect two-night stay at the Kusatsu Now Resort. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy. Secondly the town of Kusatsu is really beautiful and compact so absolutely worth of visit!

Summary: Spoke very little Japanese. However the staff, especially Yo-san, tried their best to accommodate us so that we would have a pleasant stay.

Summary: The room is clean. The spread at the buffet table is quality. The onsen is excellent. Thankful for the shiutle service to Bus Terminal and Yubatake.
