Summary: Everything was great! The property is old, (as expected) but has heaps of character! It was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed. Great location, & we appreciated the air conditioning in the evening after touring the Silo Art areas all day, as it was 37-40c while we were there! We were aware (from reviews) traffic noise can be a problem at night, but we went prepared & didn’t have a problem. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We will return!!

Summary: The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for our dog being near the park. We had a few spiders in the house on arrival that worried one of our group. Thanks for having us.

Summary: Kyabram House is a lovely, very comfortable getaway — old world charm with modern conveniences, including air-con which made the house easy to keep warm on the cold winter nights. The location is great, being within walking distance of the centre of town. Most of all, the large fenced backyard was perfect for my dog, though it was also great that she was allowed indoors with me. We both really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Regular stay. Always happy. Dropped a star just because the rooms were a little dusty and a few cobwebs. Not usually an issue so maybe property has been closed up a while
