Summary: Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?

Summary: Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly.

Summary: It was a handy campanile but we discovered when we got there that is was about to be refurbished. So there was no tea or coffee in the room and fittings were a bit tired. Nonetheless the staff were so kind and helpful so provided us with plenty of tea and coffee.

Summary: Had a great time in Rosanne. Lots of things to see and do. Car a necessity. Hotel great for what we wanted and food very good. Only down side was the lack of a fridge in he room. Would definitely recommend and use again
