Summary: The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I stayed here few times and it feels like home. Anything it us never a problem and it is a great hotel for the business traveller.

Summary: Great for parking and ease of access to your car. The hotel is just being re-furbished. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice evening meal.

Summary: Arrived late at 12:20am without contacting the hotel prior to confirm late check in time, turned out to our horror that there was only a computer reception machine - however we rang the emergency number listed and a member of staff came out to give us our room cards! Overall good customer service, very clean rooms and slightly exceeding expectations considering how low the cost.

Summary: Hotel staff is wonderful - very nice & accommodating. Their English is none to ok, but they are very willing to gesture & use Google translate with guests. The hotel is ok. Very basic, no frills. But that's Europe, so as long as you expect that, you will not be shocked and disappointed.
