Positive: Well equipped apartment with good showers/bathrooms.
Negative: Not clean in 2nd bedroom. Air con did not work. Balcony was not usable. Owners just argued with us when we reported the air-conditioning not working. Overall needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Positive: Fantastic location with good transport links. Quiet. Comfortable beds. New bathrooms and kitchen. AC works well.
Negative: 2 big flights of stairs and no lift. The small lounge area is really part of one of the bedrooms and so didn’t feel like communal space but the kitchen was really spacious so we just used this instead.

Positive: Perfect location, close to both the train station and also to shops, restaurants and the seafront. The apartment is quiet and very comfortable, and Nice was on our doorstep. We were also able to visit other towns in the area with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will come again!

Positive: "Aude and Pierre are wonderful hosts. They were attentive to our needs and very friendly. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. Overall, a great experience!"
Negative: There was a small issue with a lack of hot water during the day, so I couldn’t shower later in the evening, but overall, it was a great experience!"

Positive: Very good location, close to Nice Ville railway station and/or to tram to old city (but you can walk w/ no problem as well) or airport (with change of line). Very nice host, prompt communication and all worked as agreed. Well furnitured flat, all what you need for your stay to be very good experience of Nice. We stayed three days and it was perfect. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
Negative: Slight improvement in the bathroom (shower) would further improve overall great experience. Providing second pair of keys would be also a good idea. If you coming by car, stopping at the street in front of the appartment is challenging (you are blocking traffic on narrow two way street) with lot of honking from other drivers. As there was almost impossible to find a parking place on the street nearby especially with bigger car - you need to use the parking lot recommended by the host. It is manageable but you need to count with it.

Positive: The hosts of the property were absolutely lovely and unbelievably helpful.
Negative: The apartment was quite noisy with the pipes and noise from stairwell. This may not affect people used to living in apartment complexes but for us it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. We got a last minute discount deal so the price we paid was fine but if I had of paid anymore (full price) I would have been very disappointed.
