Positive: The hosts were great! I loved meeting them and the recommendations they offered. They even helped me with a restaurant reservation.
Negative: The air conditioning was noisy... so I couldn't really use it at night. And with the windows open, well the liveliness of the street can be disturbing. Nevertheless, I left a window open and slept great.

Positive: Excellent location in the City center of Brescia. Plenty of restaurants, bars and sightseeing spots within walking distance. Gorgeous friendly and gentle hosts. Parking available for a reasonable fee in the courtyard. I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.

Positive: The hosts were very hospitable. Erika welcomed us and showed us the apartment and its facilities. She recommended some lovely places for dining and was very helpful with anything we needed. The apartment is charming and in a typical historic Italian building. The style is ”shabby chic”, clean, and comfortable.
Negative: Everything was ok; I have no complaints.

Positive: Spacious, charming and comfortable apartment very close to the center. Alessio‘s hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. He was very responsive, attentive and helpful. He inquired throughout our stay if everything was ok and we feel good, whether we need anything etc.. The amenities of the apartment like free coffee supply and some snacks were very nice. Definitely a place to recommend and to come again.

Positive: Location was wonderful for exploring Brescia's old city! All major sites we within walking distance, as well as many restaurant options and small shops, including a grocery store! We had a lovely view of the Castle on the hill, and the local church bells were charming! Erica and Alessio greeted us enthusiastically and help us get oriented to the apartment and the city. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our Italian is quite poor and their English was quite good! The availability of parking and the elevator were welcome additions to our stay.
Summary: Brescia is a gem of a city! Erica, Alessio and the L'Altana City House are wonderful! Excellent!
