Positive: Great location and super friendly staff which gave good recommendations. The rooms are well equipped (perfect mattress and bathrooms), the pool is super nice and the food at the restaurant as well. The best thing: they have bicycles that can be rented out for free. We will definitely come back!
Negative: The street is a little loud but it’s normal for downtown and the location.

Positive: Perfectly located, really comfortable room with every detail taken into account. Lovely roof top pool and reasonably priced restaurant menu. Above all the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Saki and Karol on the front desk and Lei in the restaurant. You are special.
Negative: A small thing but why play a foreign version of the film Casablanca on loop?!
Summary: A wonderful stay which will be our go to venue when we visit Vancouver again.
