Summary: This is a beautifully unique property. Well equipped bedroom in a wonderfully characterful building. We were on the top floor with views of the cathedral. The stairs are great exercise too!

Summary: Good position for viewing town. Had to move out after one night due to poor access to room six flights of narrow twisting stairs with poor handrail and inadequate lighting. Not a good choice if you have any mobility issues.

Summary: This is a 500-year-old building. That is why you are staying here, don't expect the Hilton. The owners are lovely people, great conversationalists, and it is in a fascinating city. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in a magnificent historic building. Good communication for access to the hotel and clear instruction. Room was decorated with class and style and property in general is such a unique place. Joanna was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with lots of local products. Will definitely go back.

Summary: Wonderful old wood frame structure- be prepared for a narrow climb with luggage. Host Johanna was extremely helpful and attentive to any request or need. Also in a great location near cathedral, castle and restaurants.

Summary: what a beautiful and charming little hotel. everything was lovely and staying right in the centre of ikd town in a place built in the 16th century was superb. Agathe, the hostess attended to any needs, breakfast was perfect and the room was very large even by American standards. Parking is about 50 meters away in a very large underground public lot. The castle is maybe 150 meters away and the town center maybe 100 meters. Can't wait ti return to Angers and stay here again.
