Positive: Staff were excellent, resolved problems with WiFi as soon as they could, helpful with laundry, airport transfer, etc. Great location, views from the penthouse apartment fantastic.

Negative: Initially problems with WiFi, TV only has 2 channels, beds were not very comfortable.

Positive: Nicely located, just off the main street (Rue Colbert). The staff were very friendly and made the checking-in and out process easy. The airport transfer was also a bonus. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, excellent value for money.
