Positive: We stayed at La Bottega del Sarto from 17th to 23rd February 2026. We chose it randomly from the many options on Booking.com that suited our needs — and what a wonderful choice it turned out to be. We travel quite often and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, and unfortunately, what you see in pictures doesn’t always match reality. But this place truly does. We arrived late in the evening by bus, getting off in the middle of a small town where very few people speak English. We didn’t expect to find the apartment so easily — but the owner was waiting for us on the street. When he had difficulty explaining that he was there to guide us to the apartment, he called his son, who speaks English. That’s how we met the whole lovely family right from the start. As for the apartment itself — it looks exactly like the photos. Cozy, full of natural light, and facing the mountains and the central square. It is very well designed, and you can tell the owners have thoughtfully considered every detail to make guests feel at home. The kitchenware, decorations, windows, and furniture all create a warm and welcoming atmosphere — a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The apartment is technically on the third floor (if you look at it from the street side), although from the other side of the building you can enter directly at that level. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant (Stella Alpina — worth checking the reviews on Google). Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a local Coop grocery store. The bus stop is visible from the apartment windows, and when you rent the apartment, you also receive free access to local public transportation.
