Positive: Almost everything. Location is great close to LaSpezia, Lerici and Portovenere. Room was clean, has everything that a family could need. Nice sea and port view. Connection to a small beach available. 3 nice restaurants and a grocery available. You get a parking card, no issues for your car.

Positive: The view is very special because the harbour of Fezzano is very romantic and there are also many interesting boats on the water. Despite the high temperatures, the flat is very comfortable. The balcony side is usually in the shade again by midday (at least towards August)

Negative: Especially with heavy bags, you have to take a lot of time to transport them to the top. The fact that the flat is on the 4th floor is clearly communicated beforehand and is therefore perfectly fine.

Positive: The apartment was super clean, comfortable and with a beautiful seaview. Manager was a realy nice person and he communicated well. We loved the place and defenitely will recommend apartment for those who are not afraid of stairs. Parking place for the car is around 100m from the apattment, worked well for us.

Positive: One of the highlights in this place was the view during sunrise - the colours are amazing! The place was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There is literally everything you could possible need. And if you’re still missing something there is a small shop right next door. The hosts were very friendly and provided a lot of useful tips for the area. We loved to visit Tellaro across the bay and of course Portovenere and Cinque Terre.

Positive: The apartment is new , stylish , very comfortable , equipped with everything you need . The location is excellent , 2 minutes to busstop and the parking house which was free for us .There is a supermarket in the basement and bars, restaurants, beach nearby. The view is amazing from the terrace . We received a lot of useful information from the owner Gianna .Davide was waiting for us , giving the key , the parking card and kindly helped us with all the information about the flat and everything. We highly recommend this apartment .

Negative: Everything was perfect , it was clear for us, that there is no elevator and the flat is on the 4th floor, but it was not a problem for us , although we are not young .

Summary: Very nice apartment with a fantastic view and location , ideal place to visit Cinque Terre.

Positive: Excellent location, right in the centre of small town close to bus stop and ferry. Exceptionally kind and helpful owner. Lovely terrace, very beautifully decorated apartment with excellent facilities.
