Positive: Easy to find with Juan instructions via WhatsApp and obtain the keys. The beds are very comfortable with lovely white linen sheets and plenty of pillows. Our generous host had water and beers in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you also for local eggs and bread. Delicious. Fantastic beach with golden sand excellent for our 4 year old niece . Also good spot for exploring the rest of the island with a big commercial center nearby and a Mercadona. If no car bus number 3 will take you there.
Negative: There was an issue with the taps in the kitchen and Juan was aware of it. Otherwise perfect.
Summary: Sleeping to the sound of the sea. Exquisite paradise

Positive: Location was excellent for the beach and local supermarket. Also commercial centre for restaurants I also like the fact the host Juan called in to make sure we was ok and had everything we needed. Juan even ordered our taxis for our return journey to the airport.

Positive: Juan was absolutely lovely, a fantastic host. Property is right on the beach. This is our second stay in Casa de La Playa, and will be booking again next year

Positive: The Villa was bigger than we thought and we had lots of space. There is a separate compartment, with a bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom, which is part of the main villa as well. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the outside space at the front. Although right in the heart of Matagorda it felt very private. Our host, Juan, was very helpful and kindly left bottles of water and beer in the fridge on our arrival, which was very welcome. Juan was very helpful and got in touch, promptly if I had a query. Although, there is no pool, the villa is on the beachfront. We will be back again.

Positive: Much larger than we expected. The location was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. Beds are very comfortable. The host provided water and lots of clean towels on arrival. Bed linen was also very clean.

Positive: Absolutely everything, the villa was in an amazing location, right next to a super market and restaurants, close to the airport, beautiful views of the ocean. Villa is spacious, and has most of your amenities. The host Juan literally can't do enough for you, he even booked our taxi for us to go into town. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone wanting to be close to the sea and close enough to the bustling nightlife of Puerto del Carmen to go into if but far enough to be peaceful when needed.
Negative: My only recommendation to the host would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms but that is it
