Positive: Salvatore exceeded our expectations as a kind, patient and generous host. He drove us throughout the village to both sites we wanted to see and sites of interest he thought we should see. He prepared an authentic Sicilian breakfast for us and had snacks and cold drinks at the ready.

Negative: The fact that my stay was so short. ;)

Summary: La Casa del Tempo is a beautifully restored villa, perfectly situated next to the old castle ruins.

Positive: Salvatore was a super host and a wonderful person to converse with. Breakfasts were also wonderful. Traditional Sicilian cuisine prepared in his kitchen. He also offered recommendations for local sites, activities and restaurants. Cerami is a very beautiful and serene town to visit and with Salvatore as a host it makes the stay so extremely enjoyable.

Summary: One of my favorite places to stay in Sicily.

Positive: Location and the history of the place is outstanding. Decor with antiques everywhere was great. Host Salvo was brilliant. Salvo was a fantastic host, prepared a delicious pasta for me and we chatted away into the night over a bottle of local wine.

Positive: Salvatore is very proud of his property. He has restored fabulous history which is rare to come by. Salvatore is an amazing host and treated my family like his own. We are forever grateful for his amazing hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we were all accommodated in every sense and the typical cerami way of breakfast was a highlight .

Negative: The stairs, but this is the case in every property in cerami. It’s the nature that comes with living in the mountains.

Positive: It's nestled at the top of the town where the view is exquisite. The house shows all the effort and tlc that went into making it the gorgeous home it is. I felt like I was in a fairytale. Salvatore was an exceptionally kind host and made sure everything one could want was available. The breakfast was traditional for Cerami and I so appreciated learning about what was unique to the town. My Grandfather was born there and I wanted to connect with the people and culture as much as possible.

Negative: N/A

Summary: Salvatore's B & B rates the highest on my trip and I've never felt as welcomed. I hope to visit again soon.
