Positive: Senora Patricia was very helpful and friendly and baked her own cakes for the very good breakfast buffet which was also full of fruit, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and bread.
Negative: We were traveling with 3 generations and the stair cases were a challenge.

Positive: The views from the town are stunning, and the room was very charming and well decorated. Breakfast was abundant each morning.
Negative: This is not a reflection of the hotel at all, but I would recommend anyone staying to ask the host ahead of time if there will be restaurants open, or where she would recommend getting food as it is a small town and depending on the day and season food options will be limited. There are other towns very close by, but would be helpful for planning to think ahead!

Positive: Our experience in Belmonte at this BnB was terrific. Our host was the best and they even operate a small family restaurant a few steps away which we enjoyed on multiple nights. The breakfast spread was incredible each day and the views amazing.

Positive: The daughter of the owner is great. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. The location is awesome and we didnt really miss anything.
Negative: The ceiling in our room was really low… we didnt recognize that it on the pictures before. Its no problem when your are below 1,60m but for taller people it might be uncomfortable. The owner is really nice but we had the feeling of not being very welcome as we are non-italian speaking ppl.

Positive: The host is amazing. We felt so safe and cared for during our stay, it felt like staying with family. It’s a great location, beautiful views on our evening walks, and only 10-15 min from the beach and highway. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our dinners at the local restaurant as well.

Negative: We booked a room with a terrace and sea view and were placed in a small room with a window facing the wall of another building. When we pointed to the discrepancy, the hosts prepared and moved us to an attic room with a small window offering a small slice of blue and explained that it was a booking.com error on availability. These things happen, but I do wish either the host or the company would have contacted us ahead of time regarding the error rather than simply putting us in a less desirable room for the same cost. However, the village was charming, the breakfast delicious, and we had a wonderful dinner at an excellent restaurant in the winding streets below the hotel, which the hosts recommended.
