Positive: Flat is a bit run down and could do with a proper clean and renovation Bed is really squeaky especially the top bunk Really nice location and netto shop very close. Metro easily accessible and a 5 minute walk.
Negative: Slightly dirty and cluttered Could do with a proper clean and new bed

Negative: Kitchen fittings old with limited equipment (eg no kettle) Bathroom needs modernisation, mouldy shower curtain, feeble shower.
