Positive: This apartment is not typical tuscanian but a real gem in the hills around termals, the hospitality is amazing, the design is artistic with a lot of good and intresting book! Dog friendly as well. If you want to stay in a large, colorful charming apartment with terrace this is it.

Positive: The house is located in the cosy small old town Casciana Terme, which is situated in a very comfortable place for traveling around the nicest places of Toscana region. There is always a place to park a car. The house is renovated and equipped with everything you might need. It has a well equipped kitchen n case you are up for cooking. If not, there are quite a few restaurants in the town and it’s surroundings - the two recommended by the house owner Francesca were just amazing: 1) “Il Merlo” just 5 minutes walking family-owned is great for fresh seafood and gas otherwise options as well https://maps.app.goo.gl/PMUmRGB9GVjEwkaGA?g_st=ic 2)”La Bottega di Canfreo” located in a small ancient town Lari, just 12-15 minutes drive. This place is also family owned and famous for their home-made cheese, pasta, prosciutto, desserts. At least spaghetti with homemade cheese and pepper were amazing as well as dessert https://maps.app.goo.gl/YquwhiGLgjPbxy4r5?g_st=ic There are also many places to visit and travel around - nicest Tuscany towns, one of the most beautiful roads in Italy, beautiful beaches, etc. Francesca is sharing a lot of recommendations for places of interest around, restaurants and being a journalist is a very interesting to talk with. She is a greatest host I’ve ever met in years of traveling.

Positive: Eclectic villa, vibrantly decorated with many interesting artifacts. Fantastic location 100 metres from the spa, 150 metres from the piazza and local restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the lovely outdoor swimming pool with spectacular Tuscan views Our host, Francesca, was marvellous, she looked after us with many recommendations and directions, we cannot thank her enough. Highly recommended La Casa Rossi, and all the hidden gems Casciana Terme has to offer

Positive: The house was beautiful, extremely clean and really nice to stay at. The owner replied to all my messages quickly, unfortunatley she was just out of town. the balcony was beautiful and we spend the night cooking and eating relaxing dinner at the balcony.
Negative: the owner of the house was gone so someone else was helping her out. This created A few communication issues: for example giving the wrong adress for the pool (the house doesn´t have one), and telling about the breakfast 30minutes after the usual checkout time. At the breakfast, we ended up paying a small price (2,80€, which was fine for us, but the discription on Booking.com stated that breakfast was included. Had to pay with cash, so maybe it`s easier to pay via Booking.com
