Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Fantastic roof terrace with jacuzzi, kitchen, rooms, all small but very nice and very tastefully decorated. Cute village. We loved the view over the roofs and a small view of the Lago Maggiore.
Negative: Arrival was chaotic. Despite google links for locations we had trouble finding the place as the village streets are tiny. Only with the help of a kind neighbor we finally found the right door. Since owners asked for whatsapp info 20mins before arrival and we informed them an hour before arrival and 15mins before arrival we were sure to meet them at arrival. But no. For a while we stood clueless in front of the door until - again - a very kind and helpful lady from the house opened the door and let us in but was not informed about us. After we called the landlady we heard "oh, you did not get the key box code?" It seems we didn't get it. Finally, another kind gentleman handed us the keys. Once we were in, everything was great, the roof terrace, rooms, all was very nice.
Summary: After we got inside, everything was just fantastic.
