Positive: Very nice hotel. Beautiful and well-maintained gardens. Lots of very good touches. Good breakfast. The staff are very nice and helpful. Great bathroom with lovely tiles.

Negative: Water very slow to get hot in the shower - just under five minutes in the bedroom "Danubio." Then it is very hot, and difficult to adjust the temperature with cold water. Internet was slow in the room. Room needs a chest of drawers - no place to put clothes. Headboard loose. Ask for a room away from the roads, which are made of rounded stones, and the wheel noise from passing lorries is very high.

Summary: We highly recommend the hotel, overall.

Positive: The property is very nice and well maintained. Rooms are nice and the staff people are friendly.

Negative: The parking area could be improved. The waiting time for your breakfast in the hotel restaurant is kind of long specially when you order extra items, by the time you get them your meal is already cold. Easy stuff like extra chips, hot sauce, tortillas, bread, etc. I think they can easily improve this service.

Summary: It’s always nice to stay in this hotel. Nice landscaping and very nice stone work on walls pretty much everywhere.

Positive: Location is incredible! Very nice and relaxing patio with pool! Property employees were very helpful and trying always to support! Thank you!

Negative: We had 2 full bathrooms, and one of them was not very clean.
