Positive: Beautiful building wrapped in history. Beautifully decorated with stories and historical clippings. Comfy good-sized bedrooms. Good-sized kitchen fully equipped. Comfy lounge area. Lots of beautiful glass vases and decorations throughout the property. Peaceful location. Beautiful garden with a shaded area which was perfect for hot summer days. Secluded location 10 minute drive to a fabulous chocolate shop and 15 minutes to nearest supermarkets. 15/20 minutes to nearest town Tubize where you can park for free and jump train to Brussels.
Negative: Property is recommended for families and dogs however the property has a lot of beautiful breakable items. The garden area is not secure or fenced so we couldn't let the dog off lead and quite a drop if it fell or slipped.

Positive: It is a very special place that is definitely worth trying. The owner put a lot of effort into the renovation. The rooms are quiet. You definitely need a car.
Negative: The room with the bunk bed smelled of something old and damp. I would have liked coffee capsules at least for the first day of my stay.
