Positive: Really warm welcome. Lovely family. Amazing breakfast. Plenty of additional amenities like coffee machine, small kitchen, fridge. Beautiful big bedroom with a very comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom. Off-road and secure parking.

Positive: I love the attention to details, so important when on a multi stop trip, things such as a luggage rack, electrical and usb plugs on the nightstand, a box of tissue. These are the little things that make a difference Sarah was most attentive and made us a wonderful breakfast. Location is convenient for CDG airport and nearby restaurants. My understanding is that it is also close to Asterisk park. I would definitely stay here again if in the area! Bonne continuation!

Negative: The room I chose was off of the main road, so facing the front. Though the windows are of excellent quality—so are noise blocking- I am very sensitive to noise at night. Next time I’ll ask for a room in the back

Positive: Sarah's personality was the best thing about her. She looked after the house with great care. She kept a perfect distance from us, neither too close nor too far. We also walked around the neighborhood, and really liked the town of Pliailly.

Positive: The owners were super nice and helpful to us foreigners. The nice restaurant around the corner stayed opened late for us, after the owner of this place called them. The continental breakfast in the hotel the next morning was delicious. The hotel is tucked away in a small village behind gates, so it seems even the locals are unaware of its existence. So peaceful, quiet, and safe. But the owners are friendly, also giving us terrific advice for visiting an amazing castle enroute to our final destination. Highly recommend to those who enjoy old-fashioned hospitality out of the way of tourists.

Negative: The bathroom is quite tiny. However, it does have everything you need, and is very clean.
