Positive: It was the most amazing weekend! The house is incredible and the beach shack across the beach is a perfect place for sunset drinks. Host was super helpful with the bbq. Cannot recommend enough.

Positive: The location is unbelievably good - amazing terrace overlooking the water, nice pool and grill, pretty beach, and close to good restaurants and a shop across the street. The house is also in a good location for exploring. Communication with the host was fairly good, but sometimes slow and our questions were not answered clearly.
Negative: The house had towels, sheets and appliances but that's pretty much it. Much to our disappointment, we had to restock the house with toilet paper on the first day of the visit and the kitchen had nothing for communal use - not even salt. We were given one hand towel to use in the kitchen and no rags or sprays to keep surfaces clean, and there is no pantry where you can keep food, so we were battling ants from the moment we went shopping. The system with the garbage was very confusing, particularly as there was no bin outside in which to put rubbish. The showers were stocked with body wash and shampoo, but the bottles in all the bathrooms were nearly empty upon our arrival. Overall, I'd say it's fair to expect some more basic staples when staying in a villa like this, particularly when you spend that kind of money - and that is my main complaint - this property is gorgeous, but simply does not provide luxury considering how much it costs. At a lower price and with a clearer indication that the accommodations are bare bones, I'd easily be giving this place 10/10. The location is great and it's perfect for larger groups. An additional note - the description from the hosts says the property has a hot tub - we were not able to locate it. Perhaps this refers to the bath tub in the main bedroom? Also, I counted 5 bathrooms, not 6. It's worth noting that only 2 bathrooms are en suite.

Positive: Beautiful home in the perfect location -- literally on top of a gorgeous beach (private stairs down to the sand) and just a short walk into town. Infinity pool and ample space for outdoor lounging, plus many restaurants within a 2-10 min walk, even for a group with toddlers and 75+ year old senior citizens. One of the nicest places we've ever stayed! AC in every bedroom.
Negative: Wifi was decent -- did not reach the pool or any of the rooms on the side of the house by the pool
Summary: Gorgeous property in a quiet, peaceful area of Mallorca -- will be booking again!
