Positive: La Closerie was delightful, with beautifully-converted accommodation and lovely grounds, including a good-sized swimming pool heated even as early as May. The studio apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a superb bathroom. Our particular accommodation was excellent for us as my wife was able to access it easily with her mobility scooter and there were plenty of places to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. The property is well-located, quiet and rural without being remote, and with some excellent wine regions and historic towns nearby. Good breakfast too!
Negative: It would have been good to have had a proper oven, but the microwave and 2 hobs were fine.
Summary: A little Garden of Eden with all mod cons!

Positive: We were fabulously looked after by beautiful hosts on our one night stay in Baneuil. Lovely room, bathroom, garden and facilities. Well provisioned breakfast including catering for dietary needs.
