Positive: The staff... great attitude to solve all our needs. The location is pretty good, you are in the middle of everything (car point of view)... the ski resort, the lake, the town... all in a 5 to 10 min distance.

Negative: need to improve some maintenance issues, that's all... specially with the heating system, as the room was very hot so in order to sleep we were force to open the window
