Summary: Our room was reasonably cheap and very adequate given its location and cost. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent albeit in a different but close by hotel. The island is car free but the car parking arrangements just off the island were great and worked really well.

Summary: Make sure you get the code for the parking. You need to stop at the Relais before you cross the bridge. They just check you in and give you a map. You need to get the map at reception of Les Terrace. It’s confusing but eventually you get there. It was fun staying on the island.

Summary: The room was clean and suited us very well. It is a room in an older building, so the room was quite small with no room for any luggage and the amenities were simple. But we were prepared so there wasn't any surprises. The setting was magnificent, and yes I would most definitely recommend a stay on the mount!

Summary: Mont St Michel is amazing, wonderful, stunning. All the buildings on it are relatively small, quaint and old fashioned. We went for a room with a view over the ramparts. It had a kettle and water in a fridge, a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom and was fine/good. It doesn’t have air-conditioning or a lift (there are only a few stairs to and in the property, but they are quite steep - but that’s the nature of the place. The downside was from about 5.30am in the morning Mont St Michel and all of its restaurants and shops are being re-supplied and litter is being taken away and this is a very very noisy (but essential) process and continues for about 2.5 hours or more. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this - it’s just the price you pay for staying in somewhere like this. (And I would say is worth it!)

Summary: I wish I had a better stay at this hotel for the price I paid. It was only 1 night but the biggest problem was that I was not warned that everything was closed at 9pm. It didn't even crossed my mind as such a turistic place I thought It would be something to eat. Not even a vending machine at the hotel or the city. NOTHING. I found a pair of flipflops in the room, 1 under the bed which means they didn't clean or check properly. The hairdryer was not working but the team provided us another one. I think I could have a better time there cause it's not a cheap place to stay. And even if it was, for most of us it's a unique experience so it should hold better memories. It was not bad at all, but I'd only stay there again if there was the only place left.

Summary: We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout.
