Positive: Well designed and spacious interior, very clean. Location is central. Host is very friendly and forthcoming. There is no parking space in front, but we were able to park on a piazza nearby. No breakfast included, but there's a kitchenette and a coffee machine. The floor was very cold. But there are slippers in the bathroom :-)
