Summary: This property was perfect! It is walking distance to the town and beaches of Aruba, but also in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and bright with comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hostess is super-accomodating. The pool is beautiful! And it is big enough to swim laps, always clean and sparkling. It was also relaxing to swim at night. This was really the ideal place to be in Aruba. We loved our stay at Dolce Vita.

Summary: My husband and I stayed in the orange apartment for 10 nights. Fulvia and Paulo are perfect hosts, always available. Beaches are just down the road. Your beach chairs are very useful. Thank you and hope to see you next year.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights and had a fabulous vacation. The apartment was perfect for us. It was away from the busy downtown area but just a car ride away to all the beaches and restaurants. We spent a lot of time snorkeling at Arashi Beach and Boca Cantalina .

Summary: This apartment was away from the busy downtown but very convenient to everything. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. Very private and comfortable place to stay. We totally enjoyed the pool. I would recommend La Dolce Vita Apartments.

Summary: This property is very close to Arashi beach, one of the best on the island! It was very relaxing and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Fulvia and her mom are very welcoming hosts. They quickly answered any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again! We loved coming back from a day on the beach and relaxing some more by their pool. Just a lovely stay. Thank you!

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at La Dolce Vita! The accommodations were lovely. My husband and I were very impressed with how clean the apartment was and how well the property was maintained. The pool was amazing and had the most beautiful palm trees near it. The owner, Fulvia, and her mother, Paula, were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to email and gave great help to any questions we had before our arrival and throughout our stay. My husband injured his foot while we were there and Paula gave us extra ice cube trays and checked in on him to see how he was doing T. They really made us feel like family while we were there; not just renters. One thing I noticed that was really impressive was they would clean our apartment when we were out as to not bother us while we were resting, very sweet. We will definitely stay at La Dolce Vita when we visit Aruba again! We had such a nice stay! Thank you, ladies!

Summary: The unit is just as pictured, spare and elegant. Fulvia left fresh flowers on the table nearly every day, the trash was removed daily and the unit cleaned every other day. Could not have been cleaner! You can walk to the beach where all the tourist boats come for snorkeling, and the fish are all around you just a couple of feet from shore. We did not tire of this, trying a different location each day. Fulvia and Paola were totally responsive to any requests. The only thing we found missing was hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. There’s an instant hot water heater for the shower, which delivers a great shower, but only ambient in the sinks. This bothered my husband when he shaved. We didn’t do any serious cooking so we didn’t really miss hot water in the kitchen. All in all, the apartment is lovely, quiet and affordable.

Summary: Lovely cottage/apartment style vacation with pool. When we travel we prefer the feeling of a home rather than an impersonal hotel or resort where you feel like a number rather than a guest. La Doce Vita delivered a wonderful experience. First the communication prior to the trip was excellent. The property manager made the booking process easy for the apartment and then went over and above by assisting with car rental, finding a great rate with airport pick up and drop off. They included where to meet the car rental personnel upon our flights arrival and what the car rental personnel would be wearing for ease of identification. As promised, they were there to meet us as soon as we walked out the arrival door with no waiting. Upon arrival we were met with a brief tour of the premises, use of the security system, and a list of activities and restaurants in the area. For our needs the location was perfect on the northwest tip of the island, well away from the cruise ship port, high rise hotels and casinos. You can easily and quickly access those areas if you like from this location with your rental car but we prefer more outdoor or nature based activities. We were just a few minute walk from some of the best snorkeling on the island, best sunset views and close to the California lighthouse. We were close to easy access to snorkeling/sunset boat trips, Superfoods, and Eduardo’s Beach Shack for the best healthy fare on the island. We especially enjoyed the cactus garden where butterflies, hummingbirds, and other tropical birds put on a show each day. The pool was a lovely haven that we enjoyed every day of our stay and it was kept meticulously clean. We did use the gas grill and kitchen and both were more than satisfactory. We were treated to fresh flowers each day from the garden. The zoned cooling system worked very well and the tankless water heater for the shower was awesome and delivers instantaneous hot water as soon as you flip the switch on. We would not hesitate to book this rental again! We were treated with kindness, made to feel at home, the area was safe and quiet, and offered ease of access to the outdoor lifestyle we love. The only two negatives to this trip were the attitude of indifference by many of the local restaurants (no reflection on the owners of La Dolce Vita)which we were able to overcome by eating at the apartment and the fact that we had to leave - vacation was over much too soon!
