Positive: This is a most charming old farm, very well maintained with a beautiful garden. Our room was very clean and we slept heavenly in the cool and comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing: freshly made and local produces - we loved everything. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away to drive to Florence (20 min) or Siena (1h10min). Thank you very much to our welcoming host for all the helpful information!

Positive: We enjoyed LA Fattoressa immensely! They even messaged us at 11:30 am to let us know the room was ready if we wanted to arrive before the 1:30 pm scheduled check in time. When we arrived, Angelo, the owner, greeted me by name and was completely ready for us. He welcomed us into the office and provided us with a lot of information about his property and how to get to Firenze (the Italian name for Florence). We chose this community because of private parking included and the easy access to Firenze by bus. It was a short and easy walk to the bus stop and the cost was somewhere less than $2.00 after conversion. You can use your credit card to tap when boarding so you don’t even have to buy tickets in advance. I had messaged La Fattoressa after I booked telling him we’d want to use the bus to get to the centro. Angelo was prepared with a couple of maps showing where to get the bus near his place and to return. He also showed us how to find our meeting point for a cooking class and where to go when we had tickets to see David! When Angelo walked us to our room he showed us how everything worked. They had the AC on and the room was a perfect temperature. He showed us the small fridge and let us know that both the bottle of water AND the bottle of wine are complimentary. He said we should be sure to drink them both and they’ll replace them when they clean our room each day. They also brought us some small bites after check in and left some after room cleaning. The breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of options to choose from. The dining room is lovely with a massive table for all the guests. The woman who prepared the breakfast was pleasant and accommodating. We really loved this place and highly recommend others consider staying here.
Negative: I really cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Positive: Fantastic breakfast, very nice garden to sit and relax, peaceful and quiet, complementary wine in the fridge, five minutes walk to the bus stop and an easy bus ride into the city, safe parking inside the property, lovely hosts.

Positive: This physical location exceeded our expectations! The bus stop to Florence was a 5 minute walk. The bus ride to Florence center was at best 20 minutes and ran every 30 minutes. The host and staff could not have been nicer and helpful. Parking was available at the location. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. The perfect way to start your day!!!

Positive: Perfectly located just a 4 minute walk from the La Gora terminus on the number 11 bus route which takes you right into the centre of Florence. That alone makes this the perfect location for anyone visiting the sights of Florence. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a choice of scrambled eggs/omelette to accompany. The attention to detail and service were excellent - highly recommend. Comfortable rather than luxurious rooms, but the price reflects that.
Negative: Nothing - we’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone happy to take a 25 minute bus trip into the centre.
Summary: Great hosts, fabulous breakfast perfect location for rapid public transport into Florence.
