Summary: Satisfactory stay. Road is extremely loud until about 1am and it took some getting used to. Vehicles drive at about 130kmph a matter of 20 metres from the gite. This woke me up a few times. There is no air conditioning. The advert says there is air conditioning. The master bedroom had a single fan, but it seriously struggled against the July heat. Consequently the nights were uncomfortable. This was disappointing as we specifically searched for gites with air con as we struggle to sleep in hot weather. The property was clean. The bathroom is downstairs which you get used to. The pool was nice, but again, there is the constant drone of the main road. I'd say the gite is priced right but you may want to pay more for privacy, air con and a more tranquil setting. Well situated for numerous attractions in the region. Owner very nice and welcoming. Thank you
