Positive: Perfect location only 2 stops on the metro from Disneyland and and maybe 30 mins from pairs centre, the little town is lovely and has everything that’s needed, the property itself was perfect size and nice room
Negative: The only thing was the heating for us as we stayed in January, the rooms heater didn’t turn on and the other ones took some time to heat up the apartment

Negative: Not very clean, no tea towel in kitchen area, travel cot not set up or sheets for it despite telling host we were travelling with 3 year old & needed travel cot. Arrived at 12 at night to have to start looking for travel cot & used her own blankie as no sheets or pillow were provided

Positive: The apartment was next to a bakery, a butcher and many supermarkets. The RAR station was almost in front of the building. A good contact with a friendly owner.
Negative: The parking slot very difficult to park for SÜV cars. Unfortunately, no welcoming map when we arrived and we had to find out many things ourselves or ask the owner via booking.com. Moreover, very simple equipment in the kitchen, so we had to do the dishwashing quite often. It's a pity that there's no furniture on the veranda because it would be lovely to sit there with your family in the evening.

Positive: It is a great Location, Good size, and quite a neighbour, close to the train station. Very cosy garden for our kid to spend a couple of hours per day. Netflix and Youtube account, Great internet connection, Kitchen was good as well.
Negative: It's not that clean besides the chemical smell. Even there was no handwash in the toilet. the bottle was empty. Not a comfortable bed at all and super small. Not even enough pillows. Parking was a nightmare specifically if you drive a big car. impossible to go through the ramp with no scratch on the car. Could be more equipped easily.
Summary: Great Location, Good size apartment, Could be cleaner and more equipped.

Positive: The place to stay with little kid is very comfortable. Great access to train station basically other side of the street cant really hear the trains passing even. Has shower which i was very happy about. The place is very calm which is good after being out in busy day. Has nice italian pizza there with very friendly staff Bakery with fresh baked goods and buggets will miss the girls and the bakes there
Negative: If you not a fan of strong smell when you walk in the property better ask the lady not to have has it suffer with asthma and allergies didn't expect that strong smell, but was okay. Terrace could have outside furniture but not too bad has we was mostly out. Neighbours are smokers soo better keep windows shut while they out smoking and bit loud but no party loud or anything soo wasnt too bad. Nesspreso machine is at the property but there was no coffee/tea o sugar to make one in the morning So went down stairs to bakery get coffee every morning
