Positive: Modern, super clean and well equipped with wonderfully generous extras both for an evening meal and breakfasts. Fabulous location in a picturesque hamlet outside San Demetrio with nearby walks and fast access to all the sites in the vicinity - 30 minutes to L’Aquila, 60 minutes to the top of Campo Imperatore. Cosy and warm during our stay in November, with space to relax and enjoy the tranquility.

Negative: Really, nothing. The smallest quibble would be a kettle to boil the water for the lovely selection of complementary teas.

Summary: Genuinely fabulous and exceptional, not just a booking.com score 😃

Positive: The hosts are amazing people, very invested in making your stay as comfortable as possible, also the place is very well equipped with everything you might need and even more. The location is unbeatable to every great touristic place in Abruzzo.

Negative: Everything was perfect, but take into consideration you need to have a car or bus to the nearest supermarket.
