Positive: The location and the views from it were really beautiful. The room was lovely and great to have air con and the swimming pool. The building we stayed in had a lovely communal kitchen and lounge area and outside terrace with dining table.
Negative: Drive up the access road was very twisted and look out for potholes. Lethal turning off the man road. Despite the arrival info it was all somewhat confusing with no one around to ask questions. Eventually a young lady took us to our room only to find it hadn't been cleaned or the bed changed from the previous occupants. We waited while she sorted this. We were told breakfast would be at the main house the following morning which it was but it was very poorly managed. Basically find out for yourself - bits and pieces to share on the table and other bits inside. Butter ran out, coffee ran out, no pastries just some bread and fruit and cheese and ham which was left in the open with no covering and no staff to ask. The next morning was also at the main house even though we had been told it would be in our accommodation. All help yourself from the interior this time so slightly better organised. However no pastries, bread which was better toasted and coffee you could chew. Youghurts were available today in addition to the cheese and meat and fruit. By far the least impressive breakfast on our tour.
Summary: Lovely location but let down by slightly chaotic organisation and poor value breakfast.

Positive: Charming location, not so easy to access. Good pool; rooms are of decent size. Bed is ok bathroom is small.
Negative: Overall it feels left abandoned. There is no interaction with any staff, coming is complicated and you get a website to give directions. Breakfast is not in the same place, feels like friends who invested in various close by farms and handle them from afar so there is no charm to the experience. Being able to contact the host via WhatsApp is one thing but this feels like an Airbnb not a chambre d hôtes where you interact with owners. It should be stated that it’s an on your own experience. And breakfast is really poor just on the table for god knows how long…
