Positive: The style of the room was classy and the bathroom was very clean and new. Nice windows with screens to a beautiful open view of hillsides and forest. My expectations were exceeded with the quality of everything. The breakfast was very pleasant, with a fire and calm music and nice conversation with the owners. Yummy homemade jam and the coffee was very good too :)

Positive: Beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful location. Francesca and Andrea were wonderful hosts. I stayed at the end of day 60 of my walk on the Via Francigena and this was the best place I have stayed by far.

Negative: I regret that I can't rate this place an 11!

Positive: What a gem! Hidden in an absolute peaceful place a bit in the hills with a wonderful view and an inviting surrounding and calmness. We were open-heartedly welcomed by the hosts which managed to build an incredibly lovely and well thought-through place up there, where you wont be missing anything. You can feel the love for detail from furnishing to breakfast, we absolutely enjoyed every minute!

Positive: Everything was perfect - the place, the surroundings, the house, the owners, the breakfast. We have enjoyed our short stay much. We wish to return back next year

Negative: Nothing, everything was fine. The place is in the beautiful hills - so for someone needs to be considered that the last mile of the road could be challenging for sportive cars and other low-riders. Our standard mid-sized Volvo sedan passed it all successfully
